Raising puppies to bring comfort, love, and joy from our home to yours!
I can never remember a time in my life when I didn't have at least one dog.
My mom raised Yorkies when I was little and I always wanted my own big dog. Several years after my mom left breeding, I owned my first Standard Poodle and was working in a local grooming shop downtown where my boss owned a Royal White Standard Poodle.
That was when I decided to have my very first litter of Standard Poodle puppies. I raised the litter of 5 puppies to the best of my knowledge and power. Almost the whole litter was adopted by my grooming clients.
I knew after the very first litter of my own that this was going to be where my heart would land and over the many years I fell more and more in love!
From the responsibility of every single little life that is in my home and hands, to teaching the puppies the world is safe, people are kind and dogs are friendly, to the friendships they bring into my life through their new owners.
The passion and love I have is like a burning, deep inside that drives me to always want to learn more and work to better my program.
Looking back at that first litter I can see things I didn't know, things I would have done so differently knowing what I know now, but one thing I see when I look back is a 16 year old girl working in a small grooming shop who never gave up on the passion, that I believe the Lord put in my heart.
I can see so many lives that have been changed and hearts have been mended all from a little girl following her dream.
I really think the passion was rooted from the love, comfort, trust, and friendships that I have had with my own personal dogs over the years.
My dream and goal through all of the hard work, puppy poop, late night tears and heartache that come along with raising dogs is that from my passion and my dream everyone that ever owns a Southern Standard Doodle will feel all the comfort, love and joy a dog can bring.
